Rafael was an M&A executive, corporate strategy and business restructuring at EY-Parthenon, PwC-Strategy&, and a partner at Condere and Reach M&A. Acted in multiple M&A, restructuring and turnaround transactions and mandates (sell-side and buy-side) for publicly listed companies in the NASDAQ, NYSE and BOVESPA, as well as multiple private companies (PE/VC-backed and famiy owned). Expert qualified by the TRF-3 (Federal Justice) and by the CJF (Federal Justice Council). Expert qualified by the TJSP.
Marcos Karpovas | Senior Advisor
Marcos was a senior executive at EY-Parthenon, with a focus on telecommunications, media and technology (TMT), having worked mostly in projects for Vivo/Telefónica, Oi, Qualcomm, NVIDIA and other companies in the TMT ecosystem in Brazil and abroad. He worked for 16 years at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil), working in the areas of controllership, strategy, project management and implementation of complex strategic projects (he directly participated in Vivo's M&A process with GVT and the acquisition of Oi Móvel). He was a strategic consultant at Integration Consulting and Accenture.
